Surakarta, February 24, 2024 – The Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta held a Training of Instructors (TOI) Laboratory Instructor Training Program as part of efforts to improve the quality of teaching staff. This activity took place from February 12 to 20, 2024 in meeting room 1 FKG UMS.
TOI is a program that aims to improve the ability of laboratory instructors to deliver learning materials effectively and efficiently. In this TOI for the Even Semester 2023/2024, FKG UMS laboratory instructors will be given intensive training covering various aspects of learning, from surveyor techniques to hands-on practice in the field of odontology.
This training is a very important preparation in facing the Teaching and Learning Process (PBM) in this even semester. Through this training, it is hoped that laboratory instructors can gain the knowledge and skills needed to make the maximum contribution in organizing effective and quality learning for FKG UMS students.
According to Dwi Kurniawati, SKG, M.P.H, as the Chief Executive of this event, TOI training is very important in supporting the improvement of the quality of learning in the FKG UMS environment. “We hope that the instructors can gain new knowledge and skills which can later be implemented optimally in the student learning process,” she said.
