Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (FKG-UMS) is one of the 12 faculties of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Since March 1, 2013 FKG-UMS has become a faculty which was originally a study program under the Faculty of Medicine UMS. The faculty manages 2 study programs, namely the Dentistry Study Program for undergraduate students and the Dentist Professional Program for prospective dentists.FKG-UMS has been managing learning for undergraduate dental students since September 2010 based on the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education No. 150/D/O/2010 dated September 27, 2010. On December 29, 2014 FKG-UMS received good accreditation with BAN PT decree no 487/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/PDG/XII/2014. The next decision of BAN PT Decree no: 0171/LAM-PT-Kes/Akr/Pro/IV/2019 dated April 27, 2019 Dentist Professional Study Program FKG-UMS received accreditation B or Good.
